This time we will be informing you about the "Dementia Cafe."

A "Dementia Cafe" has been set up within Toyokawa City as a gathering place open to anyone, including people with dementia, their families, and local residents.

Do you have worries and concerns like, "What should I do if I or a family member develops dementia?" and "Is there anywhere I can get advice?"
At Dementia Cafes, you can casually exchange information and take part in recreational activities while drinking tea and eating snacks.
Nursing and medical professionals may also be on hand to provide advice on dementia prevention and care.
People diagnosed with dementia, their families, and anyone interested in dementia are all welcome.

こんにちは！いきいき元気メールです。今回は「認知症カフェ」についてお知らせします。

豊川市内には認知症の方とその家族、地域住民の方など誰でも参加できる集いの場として、「認知症カフェ」が開設されています。

「自分や家族が認知症になったらどうしたらいいの？」「どこか相談できるところはあるの？」と不安や悩みを抱えていませんか。
「認知症カフェ」ではお茶を飲んだり、おやつを食べたりしながら、気軽に情報交換をしたり、レクリエーションに参加をすることもできます。
また、介護や医療の専門家が常駐している場合もあり、認知症の予防や介護などの相談もできます。
認知症と診断された方、ご家族、そして認知症に関心のある方ならどなたでも大歓迎です。
