愛知県では、明日（５日）は、気温が著しく高く熱中症になりやすい危険な暑さになることが予想されます。熱中症予防のための行動をとってください。

＜熱中症予防のための行動＞
・屋内では、エアコンを適切に使用し、涼しい環境で過ごしてください。
・屋外への外出は、なるべく短時間にする、暑い時間を避けるなどを心がけてください。また、日傘や帽子を活用してください。
・屋内・屋外を問わず、こまめに水分補給・塩分補給をしてください。
・高齢者、子ども、持病のある方、からだに障害のある方、肥満の方等の熱中症になりやすい方々は、特に熱中症予防のための行動をとってください。また、身近な方からも、熱中症になりやすい方々へ、見守り・声かけをしてください。
・施設の管理者やイベント主催者等は、暑さ指数を確認の上、施設の利用者やイベント参加者等に対して、熱中症予防に関する呼びかけなどを行ってください。
