②Dementia Supporter Step-Up Course 15:15-16:45 (Registration 15:00)

① Dementia Supporter Training Course: Course entitled "Basic Understanding and Responding to Dementia"
② Dementia Supporter Step-Up Course: Course entitled "Improving the Qualifications of Dementia Supporters"
*Those who reside or work at Toyokawa City and have previously attended a Dementia Supporter Training Course may take only course ②.

① Those who live or work in the city

②認知症サポーターステップアップ講座：「認知症サポーターの資質向上」と題した講座
※豊川市在住・在勤者で、過去に認知症サポーター養成講座を受講したことのある方については、②のみの受講も可能です。

■対象者
①市内に在住・在勤の方
②市内在住、または在勤で、過去に認知症サポーター養成講座を受講した方。
