~Preventing the need for nursing care at home~ Utilizing lively habits ~お家で介護予防~ 活気習慣の活用

This time, we will inform you about "Preventing the need for nursing care at home - Utilizing energetic habits."

With the recent cold weather, you're probably spending more time at home.
If you don't move just because you can't go out, your body's functions will weaken and you won't be able to move.
By striving to lead a regular life and adopting some "energy habits," you can start today feeling lively!

[Energetic habits]
1. When you wake up in the morning, bend and stretch your ankles in bed.
[Benefits] Your calves will get moving and blood circulation will improve.
Prevents falls.

2. Take a deep breath in the morning sun (breathe out through your mouth and in through your nose).

Effect: Taking in fresh air gives you energy.

3) After washing your face and brushing your teeth, look in the mirror and say to yourself, "I'm feeling great today!"
<Effect> Look in the mirror and check how you're feeling today.
Don't push yourself if you're not feeling well.

4. Raise and lower your shoulders during reading breaks and TV commercials.

Effect: Releases stiffness in the neck, shoulders, and back.

Improves posture.

こんにちは!いきいき元気メールです。今回は「~お家で介護予防~ 活気習慣の活用」についてお知らせします。

気温が低い日が続いており、お家で過ごす時間が増えているのではないでしょうか。出かけないからと動かないでいると、からだの働きが弱り動けなくなってしまいます。規則正しい生活を心がけ「活気習慣」を取り入れることで、いきいきとした今日の始まりにしましょう!

【活気習慣】
①朝、目が覚めたらお布団の中で「足首の曲げ伸ばし」をする。
≪効果≫ふくらはぎが動き血行が良くなる。転倒予防。

②朝日を浴びて「深呼吸」(息は口で吐いて、鼻から吸う)
≪効果≫新しい空気を取り入れることでちからが湧いてくる。

③顔を洗って歯磨きしたら鏡に向かって「今日も元気!」と唱える。
≪効果≫鏡を見て今日の自分の体調を確認。体調がすぐれない時は無理しない。

④読書の休憩やテレビのCM中は「肩の上げ下げ」
≪効果≫首~肩~背中のコリをほぐす。姿勢が良くなる。
