This time we will be informing you about "Mental health for those who provide home care (Introduction to Ikiki Senior School)".

At Toyokawa City Welfare Consultation Center, we hold "Ikiki Senior Schools" several times a year, where we teach care prevention and health promotion to help elderly people live active lives without needing care.

We are currently recruiting many participants for the lecture "Mental Health for Home Caregivers," which we introduced on May 1, 2025.

Lecture title: "Mental health for home caregivers"
Lecturer: Keiichi Okumura [ Yashiro Association Social Worker/Mental Health Social Worker]
Date and time: June 18, 2025 13:30-15:30
Location: Yuai no Sato Fureai Center 2nd floor training room
Lecture content: Learn about mental health in relation to stress in home caregiving, and learn self-care methods to maintain mental health.

こんにちは！いきいき元気メールです。今回は「家庭介護を担う人のためのメンタルヘルス（いきいきシニアスクール紹介）」についてお知らせします。

豊川市福祉相談センターでは、高齢者の皆さんが介護状態となることなく、いきいきと暮らしていくために役立つ介護予防や健康づくりについての講義、「いきいきシニアスクール」を年に数回開催しています。

令和７年５月１日にもご紹介させていただいた、「家庭介護を担う人のためのメンタルヘルス」の講義について、現在もたくさんの受講者を募集しております。

講義名：「家庭介護を担う人のためのメンタルヘルス」
講師：奥村　恵一【社会福祉士・精神保健福祉士】
