この掲示板で是非皆様の情報力をお借りしたいと思いまして。相談させてください。
１０歳と７歳の子供がいる米国在住のものです。
子供は英語が強く、会話はもっぱら英語。（とほほです、親が日本人のくせに）しかし７歳児は一年生の漢字までなーんとーかー追いついています。
問題は１０歳児。一年生レベルの漢字もやっとです。
こんなアメリカンになってしまった子供を引き連れて愛知県に引っ越すことになってしまいました。
せめて英語を話してくださる子供が学校にいたら
子供も息抜きというか、同士というか、安心すると思います。私も心強いです。そこで、教えて欲しいのですが、英語圏から来て、愛知県に在留している子供さんというのは、愛知県のどの辺りに多くいるのでしょうか？小学校などの情報を提供していただけたら
助かります。

もう、お引っ越しは終えてしまったでしょうか。まだでしたら、ご参考までに。私は名古屋市在住ですが、帰国子女学級がある愛知教育大学付属小学校にみなさんは行かれるようです。先生も英語が堪能というわけでもありませんが、生徒は少人数で色々な国からの帰国子女がいて、日本語がほとんどできないようなコもいました。ここで日本の小学校に慣れて普通学級に入ってそのまま付属中学に行くコと、南山中学の国際部に入るコと２つに別れていましたが、どちらもレベルの高いいい中学なのでとてもいいと思います。
長年海外で暮らしていて、日本の学校を全く知らない子供が多く来ていたので、子供さんも気が楽だと思います。普通学級との交流もあったので、だんだん慣れていくことができるのではないでしょうか。
南山も、再来年から小学校ができるようなので、国際部があるのか調べてみてはいかがでしょうか？私立でとても人気のある中学〜大学なので入試が大変かもしれませんが・・・。
名古屋でしたら、少しは分かりますので何かまた分からない事があればお聞きください。帰国ー引越しは大変ですよね！私もつい半年前にLAから帰国したばかりです。頑張ってくださいね！！
