65-year-olds: Now Lectures ６５歳これから講座

This is Informatin of Energetic Life.
This time we would like to inform you about the "65 Years Old: What's Next?" course.
This course is designed to help you think about your own body and mind in the future and learn the secrets to living a healthy life so that you will remain healthy for 10 or 20 years from now.

Target: City residents aged 65 to 74
Date and time: Every Wednesday from November 6th to November 20th, 2024 (3 sessions in total) 10:00 to 11:30
Venue：Ushikubo Lifelong Learning Center
Content: A course to learn about the secrets to living a healthy life, including nursing care prevention.
What to bring: Writing equipment, drinks
Course fee: Free
Capacity: 20 people (first come, first served)
Application: Phone applications accepted from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, October 7th to Friday, October 11th

こちらの講座は、１０年後も２０年後も元気なあなたでいるために、今後のあなた自身の身体とこころについて一緒に考え、元気に暮らす秘訣を学ぶものです。

対象：市内在住の６５歳から７４歳までの方
日時：令和６年１１月６日から１１月２０日の毎週水曜日（全３回）　１０時００分から１１時３０分
会場：牛久保生涯学習センター
内容：介護予防など、元気に暮らす秘訣について学ぶ講座
持ち物：筆記用具、飲み物
受講料：無料
定員：２０名（先着順）
申込：１０月７日（月曜日）午前９時から１０月１１日（金曜日）まで電話で受付
