This time, we will be informing you about the "From now on, Nursing Care Sonae-tai Project."

The "From Now On Nursing Care Sonae-tai Project" aims to promote preparation for nursing care across multiple generations, and activities are carried out by the following three generations.

Minori Group (Participants: 65+)
- We will explain the importance of "end-of-life planning" and how to organize what has been important in life so far, what you want to value in the future, and your feelings toward family and those around you. This will help participants organize their thoughts and feelings toward their future and make their future life more fulfilling and true to themselves.
- We will also help participants create a "convenient end-of-life planning notebook."

Support Group (Family Caregiver Generation: 40-65 years old)
- In preparation for the uncertain start of caring for a family member, we provide information on how to recognize changes in the physical and mental health of family members and available systems.
- We have created a "Oh! My Parent! What's Wrong with Me? Checklist."

〇Learning Group (Younger Generation: Ages 10-40)
・To help students understand what to do when their community or elderly family members are in trouble or when they suspect dementia, we will learn about the elderly's body, mind, and dementia. We will also provide an opportunity to think about what we can do ourselves and prepare for future caregiving.
・Offering lectures at elementary schools, etc.

こんにちは！「いきいき元気メール」です。今回は、「これから介護ソナエ隊事業」についてお知らせします。

「これから介護ソナエ隊事業」は、介護に対する備えを多世代にわたり進めることを目的に活動しており、以下の３つの世代に分かれて活動を行っています。

〇みのり組（当事者世代：６５歳以上）
・これまでの人生で大切にしてきたこと、これからの人生で大切にしたいこと、家族・周囲の方への思いなどを整理し、これからの人生を自分らしく充実したものにするため、「終活」の取り組み方、大切さについて伝えていきます。
・「終活べんり帳」の作成など。

〇ささえ組（家族介護者世代：４０歳〜６５歳）
・いつ始まるかわからない家族の介護に備え、家族の心身の変化への気づきや、利用できる制度などの情報発信を行います。
・「おや！？親！？どうしたチェックリスト」の作成など。

〇まなび組（若者世代：１０歳〜４０歳）
・地域や高齢の家族が困っている時や、「もしかして認知症？」と思った時にどうしたら良いのか知ってもらうため、高齢者の体や心、認知症を学び、自分たちにできることを考えるきっかけを作り、将来の介護に対する備えを行っていきます。
・小学校での出前講座など。
