Introducing the automatic wrap-type portable toilet 自動ラップ式簡易トイレの紹介

The Noto Peninsula earthquake caused problems such as prolonged water and power outages, which meant toilets were unusable for long periods of time.
At Toyokawa City, automatic wrap-type portable toilets will be installed in disaster prevention warehouses and other locations.
This toilet seals and individually packages waste such as excrement and used diapers, allowing for hygienic and easy waste disposal without having to come into contact with the waste.
The fact that it is sealed also helps prevent the spread of infectious diseases transmitted through waste.

能登半島地震では、断水・停電の長期化によりトイレが使えない状況が長引くなど問題となりました。
豊川市では、自動ラップ式簡易トイレを防災拠点倉庫などに配備します。
このトイレは、排泄物や使用済みのおむつなどの「汚物」を密封個包装することで、衛生的に、かつ汚物に接触することなく簡単に汚物処理ができます。また、密封が可能なことから汚物を介した感染症の予防にも役立ちます。
