Types of fraudulent sales tactics

2. "Door-to-door sales" that persistently and aggressively sell to you

It is important not to go to such places easily.

近年、高齢者を狙った悪質商法が社会問題となっています。
悪質業者は言葉巧みに不安をあおり、親切にして信用させ、年金や貯蓄などの大切な財産を狙ってきます。
事前に手口を知っておき、少しでも「おかしいな」と思ったら、消費者ホットライン「１８８（いやや）」へ相談しましょう。

〇悪質商法の種類
１．家族や運気の悩みにつけ込む「霊感商法」
お金を多く払うことで運が開けたりするわけではありません。不安をあおるようなことを言われても断りましょう。
２．しつこく強引に売りつける「訪問販売」
訪問者や用件をよく確認し、事業者を安易に家の中に入れないことが大切です。一人で対応せず、必要がなければ断りましょう。
３．今日だけしか買えないなどと言い、冷静さを失わせる「催眠商法」
安易にそのような場所に行かないことが大切です。行ってしまっても、サクラがいる場合があるので、周囲の雰囲気に流されないようにしましょう。
４．もうけ話でだます「利殖商法」
「将来必ず値上がりする」などと説明されても、うのみにせず、実態や仕組みが十分に理解できなければ契約しないようにしましょう。
