This time we will be informing you about "care prevention supporters."

The "care prevention supporters" in Toyokawa City not only take care of their own health, but also spread knowledge and ideas about care prevention to local residents through activities at care prevention classes and drop-in centers in the city.

To become a preventive care supporter:
You will be required to take the "Care Prevention Supporter Training Course" or the "8-session Chikara Juku Course" offered by the Nursing Care and Elderly Division at Toyokawa City.
You can obtain a qualification by learning about care prevention during the course.

Activities of nursing care prevention supporters:
1. Practicing your own health management
~For those who have the time~
2. Activities at nursing care prevention classes and drop-in centers
3. Providing information on nursing care prevention

豊川市の「介護予防サポーター」は、自分自身の健康管理を実践すると同時に、市内の介護予防教室や通いの場での活動を通して、地域住民に介護予防の知識や考え方を広める役割を担っています。

介護予防サポーターになるには：
豊川市の介護高齢課で実施する「介護予防サポーター養成講座」または「ちから塾8回コース」を受講していただきます。講座内で介護予防について学んでいただきますと資格を取得できます。

介護予防サポーターの活動内容：
①自分自身の健康管理の実践
～余力のある方は～
②介護予防教室や通いの場での活動
③介護予防に関する情報発信
