This time we will inform you about the issuance of community bus passes for the elderly.

In Toyokawa City, we provide tickets for the Yutaka railway bus and the Toyokawa City community bus to help elderly people get out and about.
*The deadline for applications for this fiscal year is approaching.
Applications for this fiscal year will be accepted until the end of March 2025.
Issuance of passes will end as soon as they run out, even if you are still within the application period, so if you are eligible and have not yet received one, please apply as soon as possible.
*Free passes are limited to one per person per fiscal year.

Eligible: People aged 70 or older who reside in Toyokawa City and are exempt from municipal tax
Deadline: From Monday, July 1, 2024 until supplies last. *Applications will be accepted until the end of March 2025.
Fee: Free of charge
Capacity: First 1,000 people [※Limited number of spots left]
Quantity: One per person per fiscal year
Subsidy amount: 2,000 yen (100 yen x 21 sheets)
Required documents: Insurance card or other form of identification
Distribution points: Elderly Care Division, each branch office, Prio Contact Center (PRIO 5th floor)

Important points

- In principle, applications must be made in person at the counter (applications cannot be made by mail).

- If a representative is coming, please bring a signed application form and the representative's health insurance card or other form of identification.

こんにちは！「いきいき元気メール」です。今回は「高齢者コミュニティバス回数券交付」についてお知らせします。

豊川市では、高齢者の外出を支援するため、豊鉄バス及び豊川市コミュニティバスの回数券を交付しています。
※今年度分の申請終了時期が迫っています。今年度分の申請受付は【令和７年３月末まで】です。申請期間内であっても、回数券がなくなり次第交付終了となりますので、まだ交付を受けていない対象の方は、お早めに申請してください。
※無料の回数券の交付は各年度１人につき１回に限ります。

対象：豊川市に在住の７０歳以上で、市民税非課税の方
期日：令和６年７月１日（月曜日）からなくなり次第配布終了【※申請受付は令和７年３月末までです】
費用：無料
定員：先着１，０００名　【※残りわずかです】
数量：各年度1人につき１回
補助金額：２，０００円分（１００円×２１枚綴り）
必要書類：保険証など身分確認できるもの
配布窓口：介護高齢課、各支所、プリオ窓口センター（プリオ５階）

注意事項
・申込は原則、利用者本人が窓口で行って下さい（郵送は不可）。
・代理の方が来る場合は、署名の記入がされた申請書と代理申請者の保険証など身分確認できるものをお持ちください。
