心地よい風が吹き始め、秋の訪れを感じる季節となりました。
秋は、空気が乾燥し、気温の変化も大きくなるため、体調を崩しやすい時期でもあります。
今回は、秋を健やかに過ごすための「秋の養生法」をご紹介します。

1. 潤いをチャージ!「白い食べ物」を意識する
東洋医学では、秋は「乾燥」の季節とされており、肺や肌が乾燥しやすいと考えられています。
この時期には、梨、大根、れんこん、白ごま、百合根などの「白い食べ物」が、体の潤いを補う食材としておすすめです。

2. 寒暖差に注意!体を冷やさない工夫
朝晩は冷え込みますが、日中は暑くなる日もあり、服装選びに悩むことも。
カーディガンやストールなど、サッと羽織れるものを持ち歩き、体を冷やさないようにしましょう。
温かい飲み物や、体を温める食材(しょうが、ねぎなど)を取り入れるのも効果的です。

3. 旬の味覚を楽しみ、心も満たす
秋は、サンマやキノコ、栗、さつまいもなど、美味しい食材が豊富です。
