Beware of food poisoning 食中毒に注意!

This is Informatin of Energetic Life.
This time we will talk about food poisoning.

In the summer, when temperatures and humidity are high, bacteria are more likely to grow than in other seasons.
Therefore, care must be taken to avoid food poisoning from raw foods such as meat and fish.

◆To prevent food poisoning, it is important to follow the following three points.
① Don't let bacteria get on your food.
To prevent bacteria from getting on your food, wash your hands before and after cooking and store ingredients properly.
② Don't let bacteria multiply.
Avoid leaving food in temperatures where bacteria are likely to grow (about 20℃ to about 50℃) and store food properly in the refrigerator or freezer.
Also, bacteria can grow slowly even in the refrigerator, so it is important to consume food as soon as possible.
③ Kill them.
Cook food thoroughly to the center to kill bacteria.
It is especially important to cook meat and seafood thoroughly to the center.

こんにちは!「いきいき元気メール」です。今回は「食中毒」についてお知らせします。

気温と湿度が高くなる夏は、ほかの季節に比べて特に細菌が繁殖しやすいです。そのため、肉・魚などの生もの等で、食中毒を起こす危険性があるので注意が必要です。

◆食中毒を予防するには、下記の3点を守ることが大切です。
①つけない
食品に細菌を付けないように、調理前後の手洗いや、食材の適切な保存を心がけましょう。
②増やさない
細菌が増殖しやすい温度帯(約20℃~約50℃)での食品の放置を避け、冷蔵庫や冷凍庫で適切に保存しましょう。また、冷蔵庫内でも細菌はゆっくりと増殖をする場合もある為、早めに消費することが大切です。
③やっつける
食品の中心部まで十分に加熱し、細菌を死滅させましょう。特に、肉や魚介類は中心部までしっかり加熱することが大切です。
