This is Informatin of Energetic Life.
Today we'd like to inform you about our "Life Planning Course for Those Over 65 and Nursing Care Prevention Supporter Training Course."
This course will help you stay healthy even 10 or 20 years from now.
Let's think together about your own physical and mental health and discover the secrets to living a healthy life!

Target: City residents aged 65 and over
Dates: Mondays from September 22nd to October 6th (3 sessions total) from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM
Venue：Mito Welfare And Health Center
What to bring: Writing implements, water, and glasses if necessary
Course fee: Free
Capacity: 20 people (first come, first served)

対象：市内在住の６５歳以上の方
日時：９月２２日から１０月６日までの月曜日（全３回）　１３時３０分から１５時３０分
会場：御津福祉保健センター
持ち物：筆記用具、水分、必要な方は眼鏡
受講料：無料
定員：２０名（先着順）
