Chikarajuku 8-session course ちから塾8回コース

Today we would like to inform you about the 8-session Chikara Juku course.
Why not join our classes to continue living an active and healthy life?

Content: A nursing care prevention class with the aim of comprehensively learning about one's own health and raising awareness in the community, with a focus on the body, exercise, nutrition, and oral cavity to enhance the ability to live a healthy life.
Instructor: Genki Oen-tai's specialized Kado positions
Target: People aged 65 or older who live in Toyokawa City and wish to obtain qualifications as care prevention supporters
Welfare and welfare committee members

*A care prevention supporter is a volunteer who is involved in care prevention activities, classes, salon management, etc.
Venue：Labor Welfare Hall
Dates: Every Thursday from May 29th to July 17th, 13:45-15:00, 8 sessions in total
Capacity: 15 people (first come, first served)
What to bring: Lots of water, writing implements, glasses if necessary
Clothing: Please wear comfortable clothing
Applications: Accepted by phone until May 23rd (Friday)

これからも活動的で元気に生活していくため、教室に参加してみませんか。

内容：元気に生活するちからを高める「からだ・運動・栄養・口腔」を柱とし、自身の健康について総合的に学び地域への啓発を目的とした介護予防教室
講師：元気応援隊の各専門職
対象：豊川市在住のおおむね65歳以上の方で、介護予防サポーターの資格取得を希望の方
民生委員・福祉委員の方
※介護予防サポーターとは、ご自身の介護予防活動をはじめ教室やサロン運営等のボランティア
会場：勤労福祉会館
日程：5月29日から7月17日までの毎週木曜日13時45分〜15時0分　全８回
定員：15名（先着順）
持ち物：水分(多めに)・筆記用具・必要な方は眼鏡
服装：動きやすい服装でお越しください
