This time, we would like to inform you again about the care prevention class "Chikara Juku Disaster Prevention Course."

This nursing care prevention class will talk about disasters that may occur in Toyokawa City and ways to prevent nursing care in the event of a disaster.

Date and time: Every Wednesday from January 8th to February 12th, 6 sessions in total, 13:30-15:00
Venue: Ushikubo Lifelong Learning Center (1st and 3rd to 5th sessions), Disaster Prevention Center (2nd and 6th sessions)
Eligibility: People aged 65 or older who live in the city and can attend classes on their own
Capacity : About 20 people
Instructors: Crisis Management Division staff, Genki Support Team

Course fee: Free

What to bring: Writing materials, water, towel

Application: Accepted by phone

Other: Please wear comfortable clothing

こんにちは！「いきいき元気メール」です。今回は、介護予防教室「ちから塾防災コース」について再度お知らせします。

今回の介護予防教室は、豊川市に起こり得る災害についてや、災害時にできる介護予防の方法についてのお話です。

日時：１月８日から２月１２日までの毎週水曜日で全６回　13時30分〜15時0分
会場：牛久保生涯学習センター（１回目と３〜５回目）、防災センター（２回目と６回目）
対象：市内在住のおおむね65歳以上で、自ら教室参加できる方
定員：２０人
講師：危機管理課職員、元気応援隊
受講料：無料
持ち物：筆記用具、水分、タオル
