■状況
1月29日(水)、豊田市北篠平町地内に居住する方の固定電話に、日本年金機構をかたる男から「年金の還付がある」等と電話が入り、電話の相手の指示に従ってATMを操作し、お金をだまし取られる被害が発生しました。
■対策
・ATMで還付金は受け取れません。
・電話でお金やキャッシュカードの話があれば、詐欺を疑いましょう。
・相手が公的機関等を名乗っても、すぐに信用せず、一旦電話を切って、家族や警察に相談しましょう。
・自宅の固定電話を常時留守番電話設定にしたり、特殊詐欺被害等防止機器を導入する等して、犯人と直接会話しない対策をしましょう。
