A food poisoning warning has been issued. 食中毒警報が発令されました

At 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 1st, the first food poisoning incident of the year was reported in Aichi prefecture at warning.
Food poisoning is likely to occur, so be very careful when handling food.
The warning will remain in effect for 48 hours and will then be automatically cancelled.

<3 principles of food poisoning prevention>
1. Bacteria-free (Wash and sanitize hands, knives and cutting boards, put raw meat in containers, etc.)
2. No increase in bacteria (Eat early, keep the temperature in the refrigerator, etc.)
3. To kill bacteria (heat foods such as hamburgers thoroughly to the inside)

７月１日（火曜日）午前１１時、愛知県に今年第１回目の食中毒警報が発令されました。食中毒が発生しやすい状況ですので、食べ物の取扱いには十分注意しましょう。
なお、この警報は４８時間継続し、その後自動的に解除されます。

食中毒予防の３原則
１.菌をつけない（手や包丁・まな板を洗浄・消毒する、生肉などは容器に入れる　など）
２.菌を増やさない（早めに食べる、冷蔵庫などで温度管理をする　など）
３.菌をやっつける（ハンバーグなどの食品は、内部まで十分に加熱する　など）
