Yellow sand is a phenomenon that can be seen all year round, but is most prevalent in April.
The key to preventing it is to "not bring it into the house" and "not inhale it."

[When you're indoors]

- Hang your laundry indoors

- When cleaning, wiping with water is more effective than vacuuming

- Avoid going outside on days or times when there is a lot of dust flying around

[When going outside]

- Wear a hat and tie your hair up

- We recommend wearing clothes made of smooth fabrics that are easy to dust off.

[When you get home]
- Brush off any yellow sand on your clothes and hat before entering the house
- Gargle, wash your hands, and wash your face

こんにちは！「いきいき元気メール」です。今回は「黄砂の対策」についてお知らせします。

黄砂は一年中みられる現象ですが、4月に最も多くみられます。対策としては、何よりも「持ち込まない」「吸い込まない」この2つがポイントです。

【部屋にいるとき】
・洗濯物は部屋干しにしましょう
・掃除は掃除機より水拭きが効果的です
・飛散量が多い日や時間帯は外出を控えましょう

【外に出るとき】
・帽子をかぶって、髪は束ねましょう
・ほこりを払いやすい、つるつるした生地の服がおすすめです

【帰宅時】
・服や帽子についた黄砂をブラシで払ってから家に入りましょう
・うがい、手洗い、洗顔をしましょう
